How do I register on the TicketsResale.com platform?
Click “Sign Up” on the homepage or scan the QR code on our flyers. You can register using your university email, so we know you are a student and not someone trying to get a good deal on tickets which are only intended for students.
You must be over 18 years old to register and follow our Terms & Conditions, as a buyer and as a vendor.
Do I need to use my university email to register?
Yes, for security and community purposes, you need to register using a valid university email address.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
Please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, click “Resend confirmation” on the login page or contact support.
How can I become a vendor?
It’s easy: You can apply to be a vendor when you register on TicketsResale.com or you can apply later, using the “My Account” page when you sign-in.
Buying Tickets
How do I buy a ticket?
Browse available events on the homepage. Click on a listing, then follow the checkout steps.
You’ll receive a digital ticket after payment is confirmed by the vendor.
Is there a bidding process? How does it work?
Yes, all tickets are sold through an auction process. You can place a bid, and if you’re the highest bidder when the time runs out, you’ll win the ticket. You’ll then be prompted to make a payment.
Can I reserve a ticket without paying?
No, tickets are only confirmed upon payment to ensure fairness.
How do I pay for a ticket?
We accept major debit/credit cards and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payments are processed securely. You will receive a payment confirmation.
Selling Tickets
How do I sell a ticket?
Once you are approved as a vendor you will have access to the Vendos Dashboard on our platform.
Click “Start Auction” upload your ticket (PDF or screenshot), set your price (to start the bidding process), and submit. You’ll be notified when it sells.
What’s the fee for selling a ticket?
We charge a nominal transaction fee of 5% per sale, to cover platform and payment processing costs.
How do I get paid as a vendor?
When you apply as a vendor you are required to supply your payment details (debit/credit card) which will be used to process your payments.
Once your ticket is sold and confirmed, the money (minus the fee) will be transferred to your account within 5-7 working days.
Can I list more than one ticket?
Yes, you can list multiple tickets for different events or multiple tickets for the same event.
Just make sure you list them under the correct categories and dates.
QR Code & Subscription
What’s the benefit of scanning the QR code?
You get 2 months of free premium subscription which gives you access to exclusive tickets and lower transaction fees.
Where can I find the QR code?
You can find it on printed cards handed out on campus, in classrooms, and on our social media pages.
Security & Support
Is it safe to buy tickets on your platform?
Yes, we verify all tickets and vendors before allowing them on the site. Our payment system is encrypted and secure.
What happens if I buy a fake or invalid ticket?
We have a refund and dispute process in place. Contact support immediately, and we’ll investigate.
